About Us!

Hi! My name is Theresa Hess, and I am the owner of Double M Equine Bodywork, LLC!

I started Double M Equine after spending years wanting to pursue a career dedicated to equine health and wellness. Horses have been a part of my life since I was a child, and helping them has always been something I dreamed of turning into a reality,

In May of 2026, I earned my Certification in Equine Massage Therapy through Delaware Valley University's Equine Massage Program. That achievement marked the beginning of an exciting journey of lifelong learning. Since then, I have continued expanding my knowledge by becoming certified in the Foundations of Equine Acupressure through the Niel Asher Education program, and I remain committed to continuing my education so I can provide the highest quality care possible.

Outside of my business, I'm a lifelong horse owner and equestrian. My own horse, Marshall, has taught me firsthand how valuable bodywork can be in supporting comfort, mobility, and overall quality of life. He continues to inspire my passion for helping other horses feel and perform their best.
