Lesson horses work hard. Repeated rides throughout the week can place ongoing demands on their bodies, making regular wellness care an important part of supporting comfort, mobility, relaxation, and recovery.
The Double M Lesson Horse Maintenance Program is designed specifically for lesson barns and riding programs that would like to incorporate regularly scheduled equine bodywork into their horses' wellness routines while receiving preferred barn pricing.

Massage, Stretching, Range of Motion (ROM) work, Acupressure, Relaxation and recovery-focused bodywork, General observations and recommendations for continued wellness support
The Lesson Horse Maintenance Program is intended for routine wellness and maintenance. Horses requiring a more extensive initial assessment, additional time, or a full 60–90 minute individualized session may be scheduled separately at Double M's standard session rate.
Minimum Participation
A minimum of four horses must be available at each scheduled program visit to receive Lesson Horse Maintenance Program pricing.
Minimum Not Met
If fewer than four horses are available on the scheduled service date, another eligible horse may be substituted. If the four-horse minimum cannot be met, standard individual session pricing may apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Because barn visits reserve a larger block of appointment time, at least 48 hours notice is requested when rescheduling or canceling a scheduled barn day.
Horse substitutions are encouraged when an individual horse becomes unavailable.
Payment
Payment is due at the time services are provided unless another arrangement has been made in advance.
Discounts
Lesson Horse Maintenance Program pricing may not be combined with referral discounts, promotional discounts, or other barn discounts unless specifically discussed with Double M Equine Bodywork, LLC.
Veterinary Care
Bodywork should not be performed on a horse when veterinary evaluation is more appropriate. Double M Equine Bodywork reserves the right to postpone or discontinue a session when there is concern that veterinary care should be sought first.
Equine bodywork is intended to support comfort, mobility, performance, and recovery. Services provided by Double M Equine Bodywork, LLC are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure disease and are not a substitute for veterinary care. Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate veterinary care for their horses.
